hollow-bridge began in 2009 when property professional Richard Hartley recognised a gap in Sheffield's rental market. Executives relocating to the city struggled to find quality accommodation that matched their expectations. Estate agents focused on volume. Nobody offered genuine consultation.

Richard assembled a small team of property specialists, each with deep roots in South Yorkshire. Together, they built relationships with landlords across Sheffield's premium postcodes, creating a portfolio of exclusive rentals that existed outside traditional channels.

Today, hollow-bridge operates from our Leopold Street offices, employing seven full-time consultants who collectively possess over sixty years of Sheffield property experience.
